I am a Perth-based contemporary artist and art teacher specialising in abstract oil painting, seascapes, equine art, pet portraits, and resin art. Working from my studio in East Victoria Park, Western Australia, I create expressive, layered artworks inspired by movement, light, and the raw energy of the WA coastline.

My practice is driven by texture, motion, and emotion, exploring the balance between softness and strength, abstraction and form. Through oil paint and resin mediums, I build depth and atmosphere using rich colour, organic flow, and tactile surfaces that invite connection and reflection.

I have been painting since childhood and formally studied Visual Arts at Edith Cowan University. After a successful 20-year career in business and accounting, I returned to art full-time in 2016, reconnecting with my lifelong creative practice and establishing a professional studio practice in Perth.

Alongside my studio work, I am a passionate art teacher, offering resin art workshops, abstract oil painting classes, alcohol ink workshops, and creative experiences for beginners through to advanced artists. My workshops focus on technique, experimentation, and building creative confidence in a supportive, hands-on environment.

I am also the proud co-founder of Shades Resin Co, a Western Australian–owned artist resin and pigment brand, developed by artists for artists. Each product is the result of years of research, testing, and real studio use, designed to deliver professional results for resin artists across Australia.
